Demo transcript

Hearing Link Pro

Hearing Link Pro connects a remote clinician with an assisted audiology clinic. This is a staged demonstration of the actual software.

Invite your clinician

The assistant chooses a saved clinician and prepares a session invitation. Every name, email address, and patient detail in this demonstration is fictional.

Admit the clinician

The clinician opens the invitation and signs in through a browser. The assistant confirms who is waiting, then admits them to the session.

The assistant’s view

Video connects the clinician with the clinic. The on-site assistant stays beside the patient and manages the local equipment and session controls.

Shared testing workspace

The clinician opens the shared testing window and uses remote controls. A clearly marked equipment simulator is shown here. Hearing Link Pro’s surrounding interface and connection workflow are real.

Move between configured tests

Configured tabs provide access to audiometry, tympanometry, and OAE workflows. Available tests depend on the clinic’s equipment and completed verification.

End the session

The assistant can take control back or end the session. Ending the session closes access through that invitation.

Audiometric equipment is not included in the Hearing Link Pro clinic package. You can keep your existing equipment when its exact model and software version are on the approved-equipment list. No replacement audiometric equipment purchase is required for an approved setup. Each patient clinic location must still purchase its own Hearing Link Pro package. If you need equipment, contact us for recommendations and a separate quotation. Compatibility with Hearing Link Pro requires review of the exact model, software version and clinical configuration.
